Once your order has been shipped out, you can expect it within 1-3 business days depending on your location. Rural address up to 7 working days,Orders
outside New Zealand usually arrive within 10-15 business days.

Our flat rate prices include, shipping, handling & packaging. All orders are packaged in shipping cardboard tubes for proper protection. We are NOT responsible for shipping damage or loss. However if the item arrives damaged, we will work with you and deal with the courier company, all our items shipped are signature required. usually we will ship a new item within 48 Hours.

Our shipping rates include packaging and handling of items. we do not use regular post service due to the nature of the goods and that it can be damaged without proper packaging. Most items will arrive the next day or withing 48 Hours, from the date shipped.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO a P.O. BOX, customer MUST supply a valid address and contact number otherwise your order will be put on HOLD, and wont be unlocked untill the issue/s are resolved.

Special orders are non-returnable.
Customer must inform Sik FX of any damaged goods within 48 Hours of receiving the item, Regular orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original packaging undamaged, in resalable condition and the original packaging. Please notify SikFX Sales Team by phone or email before the return. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to SikFX return address (Found on the packaged received). Store Credit or refund issued will not include original shipping and Handling charges. We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a re-stocking or repair fee if the item has been at all damaged or tampered with. While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with us is positive.
